First I will find out what's wrong and describe, in plain English, what work needs doing. Then I will quote a fixed price based on the amount of time I think it will take. If the quotation is unacceptable or I am unable to provide a solution, no fee is payable.

After completing the work, I will test the solution rigorously and explain how to avoid similar problems arising in future. All repairs are covered by a 28-day guarantee: if you experience further difficulties within this period, I will attend to them at no extra charge or offer a full refund.
