- No. I will give an estimate of the cost in advance, assess the job on site, and offer a fixed quotation before proceeding. If the quotation is unacceptable or I am unable to provide a solution, no fee is payable.

- All repairs are covered by a 14-day guarantee: if you experience further difficulties within this period, I will attend to them at no extra charge or offer a full refund.

- Yes, if required. Alternatively I can advise you on what to buy and how much it is likely to cost.
